Nagao Sakurai of the Imperial Palace of Tokyo designed this stunning garden for our fair city, and we were lucky enough to finally catch it during its open hours. i don't know why, but it's NEVER open when we try to visit.
it's amazing because the spring blossoms are in full effect. and there's also a large pond with tons of koi. maya wanted to eat them up.
