maya's 4th birthday festivities

grandma, grandpa and katie made the trip north to celebrate maya's birthday. everyone spent time hanging out and having fun.

katie got maya a super deluxe tap dancing outfit, complete with bona fide tap shoes!

here she is testing them out. grandpa brought a "stage" to prevent scuffs on the wood floor. nice thinking, grandpa!

that was awesome enough! but we also had a par-tay. the storms had been torrential so we had to move the party to an indoor bounce house wonderland.

katie curled maya's hair and she got all dolled up for the big event.
